Sir Jocelyn Lucas, 4th Baronet

Sir Jocelyn Morton Lucas, 4th Baronet, KBE (27 August 1889 – 2 May 1980) was a British Conservative Party politician. He was elected Member of Parliament (MP) for Portsmouth South in a 1939 by-election, and served until he retired at the 1966 general election.

He developed a breed of dog in the late 1940s and named it for himself.[1]
